We understand operations
We know the cost of exceptions, seasonal pressure, imperfect data and responsibility for customer experience.
About Yuush
We grew with eCommerce. We built systems, connected logistics and scaled operations. Today we turn that experience into processes operated by AI agents.
Where we come from
Yuush was founded on the belief that the greatest potential of AI is not another chat interface or isolated feature, but redesigning how an entire company operates.
We have watched commerce grow more complex: more channels, systems, data, partners and customer expectations. Teams often become the integration layer, manually moving information and guarding statuses.
AI agents change that arrangement. They can understand context and carry out work, not merely trigger predefined steps. Our role is to teach them the process, equip them with tools and design responsible human control.
Value of working together
One team brings together capabilities usually split between consulting, a software house and internal operations.
We know the cost of exceptions, seasonal pressure, imperfect data and responsibility for customer experience.
We move naturally from a conversation about outcomes to architecture, integrations and a working product.
We do not stop at a recommendation. We design, build, implement and help develop the solution.
We document the logic, transfer knowledge and create a system your team can manage.
What we believe
“The company of the future is not without people. It is full of people who can finally focus on decisions, relationships and change.”
Human direction.
Machine execution.
FOUNDER / YUUSHThe person behind the technology
Combining technical perspective, operational understanding and accountability for business outcomes.
For two decades, Jacek has worked where eCommerce, software and logistics meet. Yuush turns that practical knowledge into a new operating model: agents execute, the system enforces rules, and people manage decisions and change.
A good fit
01have a repeatable process full of exceptions and fragmented context;
02want to improve quality and scale, not just cut cost temporarily;
03can name a process owner and are ready to use real data;
04want a partner who builds, not a presentation about AI.
Next step
In our first conversation, we will identify the area with the greatest potential and test whether agentic automation makes business sense.
